Palacio Ludovice Wine Experience Hotel Lisbon

The hotel was fine, with beautiful furnishings and luxurious bedrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants. the daily treats like a bottle of wine and local cherry liquor were a good touch.

The hotel was surrounded by bars that attracted a young crowd, leading to some noise on the streets late at night. there were a few issues with the room, such as a design flaw in the bathroom sink and a lack of storage space.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, very close to everything in the historic area and within walking distance to many main places of interest. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with crisp and clean rooms that were nicely finished. The staff were friendly, approachable, and spoke fluent English. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a great restaurant with a passionate sommelier and a bar that served delicious cocktails. The breakfast was really good, with quality food that tasted fresh and was freshly prepared upon request. the experience was great and we would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel can be noisy at night due to its proximity to local bars frequented by young adults.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, fulfilling even our most luxurious needs. the spacious and clean room came with exclusive amenities and beautiful views. the breakfast was exceptional, with freshly baked goods, and they surprised us with daily gifts such as champagne and desserts.

At times, the room lacked extra cupboard space and the minor issue of rain coming through the atrium roof. this did not detract from the overall experience at this hotel.
