Palacio Ludovice Wine Experience Hotel Lisbon

The hotel was absolutely stunning, with beautiful furnishings and luxurious bedrooms. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. the location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants. the daily treats like a bottle of wine and local cherry liquor were a delightful touch.

The hotel was surrounded by bars that attracted a young crowd, leading to some noise on the streets late at night. there were a few issues with the room, such as a design flaw in the bathroom sink and a lack of storage space.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, very close to everything in the historic area and within walking distance to many main places of interest. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with crisp and clean rooms that were nicely finished. The staff were friendly, approachable, and spoke fluent English. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a great restaurant with a passionate sommelier and a bar that served delicious cocktails. The breakfast was exceptional, with quality food that tasted fresh and was freshly prepared upon request. the experience was top-notch and we would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel can be noisy at night due to its proximity to local bars frequented by young adults.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, fulfilling even our most luxurious needs. the spacious and clean room came with exclusive amenities and beautiful views. the breakfast was exceptional, with freshly baked goods, and they surprised us with daily gifts such as champagne and desserts.

At times, the room lacked extra cupboard space and the minor issue of rain coming through the atrium roof. this did not detract from the overall experience at this hotel.

Fantastic location, just 15 minutes from the front. Delicious breakfast with a wide variety of high-quality food. Friendly staff and prompt room service. Spacious room with his and hers sink and large wardrobe.
